As is known to us, Injection Machine is usually composed of injection system, mold clamping system, hydraulic transmission system, electrical control system, lubrication system, heating and cooling system, safety monitoring system, etc.
The function of the hydraulic transmission system is to realize the Injection Machine to provide power according to the various actions required by the process, and to meet the requirements of the pressure, speed, temperature, etc. of each part of Injection Machine. It is mainly composed of various kinds of hydraulic components and hydraulic auxiliary components, in which the oil pump and the motor are the power source of Injection Machine. Various valves control oil pressure and flow to meet the requirements of the injection molding process.
The electrical control system and the hydraulic system are reasonably coordinated, which can achieve the technological process requirements (pressure, temperature, speed, time) and various program actions of the injection machine. It is mainly composed of electrical appliances, electronic components, instruments (see the lower right figure), heaters, sensors, etc. There are generally four control methods, manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic, and adjustment.
5.Heating / cooling
The heating system is used to heat the barrel and the injection nozzle. The barrel of the Injection Machine generally uses an electric heating ring as a heating device, which is installed outside the barrel and is detected in sections by thermocouples. The heat provides heat for plasticizing the material through the heat conduction of the cylinder wall; the cooling system is mainly used to cool the oil temperature. If the oil temperature is too high, it will cause a variety of faults, so the oil temperature must be controlled. Another location that needs to be cooled is near the discharge opening of the feed pipe, to prevent the raw material from melting at the discharge opening, resulting in the raw material not being discharged normally.
The lubricating system is a circuit that provides relative lubricating conditions in the moving template, mold adjustment device, connecting rod hinge, shooting table, etc. of the Injection Machine, in order to reduce energy consumption and increase the life of parts. It can also be automatic electric lubrication.
