How to fix your injection machine

The main component consists of the fuel filter, air filter, fuel pump, throttle body, and nozzle/injector. These parts determine the survival of a system of injection.

1. Fuel Filter

Treatment starts from the fuel filter because you never know if the tank is dirty or clean condition. Treatment is to clean the fuel filter with the help of the wind that has high pressure. Generally, this component is located in the engine room and made of metal. If it's too dirty, you have to replace it with a new one, because if allowed to continue, then the damage can be transmitted to the gas station. The indicator is a noisy sound with the sound of a tone that is not stable. The injection pump is usually very expensive, so we have to take care of it regularly.

2. Injector nozzle

Spray nozzles should be cleaned regularly. The cleaning spray nozzle is intended to make direction and the shape of the nozzle become ideal. Low-quality gasoline can cause blockages in the small nozzle holes. In cleaning the nozzle, you do not need to disassemble the nozzle. You should mix the cleaning chemical solution into the gas tank. Petrol and chemical solutions will be compounded and flow into the nozzle to scrape dirt.

3. Throttle Body

The throttle body is also prone to dirt. The symptoms are less responsive in the pulling the engine. Even if the dirt had accumulated on the Throttle Position Sensor can cause weakness in stationary conditions. Dirt from the air is sucked into the combustion chamber; therefore, the cleanliness of the throttle body relies heavily on air filter maintenance. Clean the throttle body using a liquid spray that is sold in stores. Choose the recommended cleaning fluid for the injection machine.

The trick is to squirt through the end of the throttle body when the engine is turned on stationary. Keep the engine speed so as not to die, so that the cleaner can get into the whole gap of the throttle body. This process serves to clean the combustion chamber. Spraying of cleaning liquid can turn off the engine for about 10-15 minutes. Continue to turn the engine back and play up to high rpm engine speed (6,000 rpm-6500 rpm). The remaining dirt or encrustation in the throttle body and the fuel will be wasted with exhaust fumes. If the machine is equipped with sensors that control the flow of air, then do not lose the intake tract. Spray the cleaner through the breather in the intake tract. The next step is doing the same procedure on the machine that does not have the airflow sensor.

4. CO

One very important thing is to make the process of setting CO (Carbon Monoxide) in closing this light treatment. Take advantage of engine analyzer as a measuring device. These measurements aimed to determine the combustion process in the engine, whether it is efficient or not. CO values should ideally be below 1 percent. If not, then do the reset in the gasoline supply system, air,  and ignition. Hopefully few tips above are useful for those of you who have injection machines.
